NSE – A large part of your exchange was made possible by the cooperation of your Host Coordinator who accepted you. This is your primary contact. Let them know when you have arrived and attend their orientation. They will have pertinent information regarding your new school. You will also meet other NSE students through them. Review the Campus Detail Information (CDI) form (available at www.nse.org) for the campus at which you have been placed. It will keep you posted on what to expect from your host campus; deadlines, deposits etc. We also recommend thoroughly reading through the host campus website for anything you might want to know about your host campus.
CSU IP – Your primary contact is going to be an IP representative or coordinator. You should be well acquainted with the participant guide (available under Admitted Students in the sidebar at http://calstate.edu/ip/admitted-students/)
Will you be living on or off-campus? Have you paid your deposit at your host campus? Have you notified SSU housing that you will be leaving for the semester(s)?
If your host campus or program has asked you to send them a final transcript of your coursework from the semester immediately preceding your departure, please make sure you take care of that before leaving SSU by visiting Admissions & Records and completing the ‘Transcript Request Form’.
